I don't watch Americas Got Talent, mainly because of Brandy and the Night Rider, I can't understand people with No Talent judging others. I saw an interview with Oprah and David Hasselhoff said the reason he isn't known as a singer in the United States is because his Big Pay-Per-View special was a flop, it was the night O.J Simpson and Al Cowling were chased by the police. Damn that O.J for killing two people and costing David his singing career. No, The Reason Is A Total Lack Of Talent on Your Part Dave.
Yeah, I pretty much agree--poor little rich straight man. His life must be a living hell... Please. If the average guy had his opportunities, I doubt if they would be in the same place, feeling so sorry for themself.
ReplyDeleteYa know... I'm not by any means, specifically a Hasselhof "Fan." However, in defense of those of us aging...(& we ALL ARE!!!)I am exhausted of hearing/seeing people, either coming right out or insinuating that people are somehow ugly, or gross because they look different than they did when they were in their 20's~30's! I would be curious to know if these people making these comments, still have their youth?
ReplyDeleteThere's an old saying, "Youth is wasted on the young." Perhaps one day, those of you that find it easy to be disrespectful to those of us that have earned the character lines, the look in our eyes of experience,(& yes, regret) the droopy butt or tummy, all those things that slowly but surely happen as time marches on...will one day realize appreciation for how loved we are & how much we've loved! When it's all said & done, it is NOT about the lineless face, or the pouty lips, or the surgically enhanced body parts. Those things will all stay in the ground and rot w/ the rest of our physical shell. What our hearts & souls have absorbed and experienced is all we're taking w/ us. So y'all get ready!!!
