A state Senate committee unanimously approved a gay marriage bill on Friday, moving Vermont one step closer to allowing same-sex couples to legally wed. Its funny to me, that President Bush said "gay marriage would be the destruction of the American family" yet he did nothing for the high rate of children aging out of the foster care system, the divorce rate has risen his entire 8 years in office, and he took tax dollars away from public schools and colleges. So I guess he thought Divorced, uneducated people are the ones who legally should be allowed to be married.
Soon Gay Couples Will Be Able To Marry And Divorce, As Straight People Do.
